These are handmade by Gale using black and brown leather cords and freshwater pearls. The diffuser is an alpaca felted ball that is placed inside the pendant and then you use your favorite essential oil to keep with you all day. Each necklace comes with two alpaca felted balls so that you may change your essential oil. Young Living is the essential oils that I perfer if you are interested please let me know.
